When my husband and I were getting ready to sell our home, we went straight to McT Real Estate Group because we knew they were the experts in our neighborhood and with old homes. They actually sold our house to us! We knew that our home still needed some work and Z and Mary both brought us great recommendations on what we should do (and where to stop and save our money!) and even had contractors, engineers, and cleaners for us to work with. Even during a slow market we received an offer 5 days after we listed (3 days after we allowed anyone to see the house) and settled at 99% of list price AND we ended up closing on the same day we were planning to move back to TX.  Verified Chaz looked at homes with me for more than three years before we found this one! Patience on the front end, and a mentality that allowed for one home and site (looking for land too) after another. When it came time to do the deal, Chaz pivoted into a great negotiation. His feel netted out to a 3.5% reduction in purchase price, and 3% of reductions/credits more. Deal took two months, and I think the longest time I had to wait to hear back about something important was two hours. Chaz is detail oriented, keeps you one step ahead of what's going, and is not ultimately interested in getting the deal done - he wanted the right deal for me so we walked away from many opportunities before landing on this one, which by far was the best choice out there, and he helped me find it. Chaz is about as good and easy to work with as working with someone gets. I wish I had more homes to buy - doing business with Chaz is fun in the deeper sense of the word.
